Letter to my school board member, Deb Baker

Subject: Grandview closing

Dear Ms. Baker,

The need to close Grandview is directly related to the RCAS Board's refusal to implement basic safety measures in our schools. Yes, children are generally safer from negative effects from this infection, but our school teachers, admins and staff, and the student's families have been put at great risk. Many of those parents are now in quarantine and cannot earn a living, thanks to the Board's irresponsible actions.

The entire medical establishment of Rapid City pleaded with you and you ignored them for political reasons. This is the result of the Board's actions -- this is on your watch.

Please change course, and do your job instead of pushing the political agendas dictated from others.
