Governor Rounds proposes painful cuts to birth-to-three, zeroing the School For The Deaf and the South Dakota Arts Council, clearly making a play for a tax increase by threatening extremely well-known and valued programs. "Well, the Legislature just has to make some tough decisions" the Gov says....

The Legislature responds with a bipartisan proposal to sell off one or two of the Governor's FOUR airplanes??

There are even more double standards coming from the Gov and his Republican colleagues from the SD Dem Party ... just uh, playing politics I guess...
